  • New Timeline View
    A new view that gives a clear overview of one day at a time with room bookings, supervisors and exams all in one view. The new view is found under Scheduling → Selected calendar.

 

  • Possibility to unpublish an exam
    The exam is removed from TE Core and TE Viewer. Note that neither the exam nor the room booking itself are changed.

  • Possibility to set different times for the supervisors separate from the exam slot times

 

  • Supervisor usability improvements
    The supervisor calendar has gotten easier to use with:

    • A help section

    • More intuitive headings and buttons

    • New button to create full day bookings

    • Comments on bookings are no longer mandatory

 

  • Functionality to see and filter supervisor based on knowledge areas in the scheduling view

  • Functionality to schedule multiple supervisors and select start and end time for the supervisors at the time of scheduling

  • Functionality to publish multiple exams

  • Option to create custom names for object types and their respective fields, as well as new object types (Coordinator, Course part, Student group, External Customer)

 

  • Functionality to define the welcome message in the student schedule page

  • Add sorting of published / non published exams in the exam overview

  • Change length of an exam scheduling without deleting it first

  • New column with students names in exam seat allocation view

  • Supervisors who have accepted a booking can no longer cancel the booking in the system. They need to contact their system administrator.
