What’s new

• New sorting feature
  There is a new sorting feature in the scheduling page for both room, exams and supervisors page. This enables you to sort on room name, room seats, capacity in room and scheduling status for supervisors.

• Support for multiple special needs
  It is now possible to add multiple special needs to individual students. This is done in the “special needs” page.

• Depublish exams as a batch operation
  There is a new batch operation added to the publish exams page. Select concerned exams and publish or depublish all in one go.

Improvements

• Updated date format
  The date format is updated to be in line with ISO-standard and will be rendered as YYYY-MM-DD.

• Removed columns in supervisors overview
  In the supervisors room overview page the columns “TE Extid” and “Price per seat per hour” were removed.

• Scheduling priorities in exam export
  The scheduling priorities can now be included in the exam export. Select to include the priorities in “export settings”.
  
  

• Show all scheduling priorities
  In the scheduling exam page you can now see all exam priorities simultaneously by toggle “show all” in the right corner of the row.

• Linked exam is configurable
  Under exam settings you can now configure if linked exam should be available as an option in the exam requests.

• Organization group visible
  There is a new column in the users table to show what organizational group the user belongs to.

• Bookings shown as grey
  In the scheduling supervisors page a room booking with no exams booked on it will be shown as grey.

Bug fixes

• Scheduling priorities page - Resolved a bug were the priorities were not saved after changing.

• Supervisors availability page - Resolved a bug where supervisors couldn’t make unavailable bookings in safari browser.

• Users page - Resolved a bug which sometimes broke the users page.
