What’s new

There have been several major updates to the timeline view with the aim to increase speed and usability. The updated features are listed below.

New filter function
The filter function has been a totally remodelled with new quick filters for filtering bookings and with a simplified version of the room filter.
Select rooms or supervisors
Make the preferred selection of rooms or supervisors in the search box. Search for a certain room or supervisor by starting to write in the search box or simply select all with bookings today.
Save a customized view
Save one or several customized views that includes all available filters and selected date. Choose your preferred default view and don’t forget to save it if you update it.
Frozen top section
The top section showing filters, time and date are frozen to always be visible when scrolling.
Updated charts
By clicking on the small arrow on the left side of “rooms” all rows with bookings will be expanded. The charts have been updated to more clearly visualize the occupation of a room.
Remove unavailability booking for supervisor
For unavailability bookings made by the supervisor there is a new pop-up when hovering over the booking. From here the booking can be removed.
Switch between the timeline views
The way to switch between the two timeline views for rooms and supervisors have been updated. It is now done in the left side menu bar.
