New setting to overwrite existing Planned hours.

When using Scheduled → Activate there is a new admin setting to overwrite Planned and Multiplier. Checked it will overwrite existing Planned hours with the values from Scheduled hours.

Customize -> Admin -> Fill -> Check "Overwrite Planned Multiplier" changes “Fil Planned” to “Overwrite Planned”.
