Updated supervisor HOME page
There have been several updates made to the supervisor HOME page with the aim to reduce information and to simplify the interface. There are fewer columns and only two tabs remaining, the first tab is for “Current bookings” containing:
- Accepted bookings (green)
- Pending bookings (yellow)
- Updated bookings (yellow + exclamation mark)

The second tab is for “Past bookings” containing:
- Past accepted bookings (green)
- Expired bookings (grey)
- Cancelled bookings (red)

Updated dialog when booking several supervisors
When booking several supervisors as a batch operation the dialog has been updated in order to verify the correct ones are selected. Use the checkboxes to edit the working hours, and use the small button to remove supervisor from the selection. The checkboxes are only used for editing the hours, not to verify the selection.

Due date available in the supervisor booking pane
The due date for a supervisor to answer to a booking request is now available for the Exam Administrator in the supervisor booking pane.

New “simple” allocation flow
There is a new more “simple” allocation flow released, which will replace the option to upload a student registration list with a number input field to enter registered students and number of students to allocate. It will limit the option to allocate individual students to certain seats, to assign special needs and to generate student reports.

The feature is enabled in the “Student registration page” in the new “Settings” tab.

Follow up on attending students
There is a new number input field for attending students in the post exam management tab to enter the actual number of students attending during the exam.

Improvements

Basic info editable for scheduled exams
The number of planned students, exam duration and if its a regular or make-up exam is now editable also for scheduled exams.
Exam duration is a required field
The exam duration is now made a required field for an exam request, which means you won’t be able to save an exam request without entering the duration.
Export exams as exam manager
It is now possible for an exam manager to export exam requests.

New tab in room export
There is a new tab in the room export tab to follow up and analyze room occupation. The tab contains information on number of registered, allocated and attending students.

Resolved a bug where the dates were not saved when jumping between dates.
Resolved a bug where there was allocated students to child exams, but it still indicated “0” allocated on group exam.
Resolved a bug for a case where the incorrect working hours where displayed to the supervisor.
Resolved a bug where you sometimes couldn’t schedule linked exams.
