• Configurable setting for supervisor information
  It is now possible to select whether or not information regarding other supervisors working the day, should be visible in the supervisor interface. Select to disable the information about other supervisors in the new “settings” tab in the supervisor page. Enabled as default.

Improvements

• Reduced information when a supervisor “view” a booking
  When a supervisor clicks to “view” an accepted booking, the accessible information is reduced as follows:

  • Public student schedule tab is removed

  • The “timeline view” in the overview tab is removed

  • The number of columns in the exam overview tab is reduced

• Updated labels on action buttons
  In order for a supervisor to more easily separate an updated booking request from a standard one, the labels on the buttons are updated to say “Confirm updated request” / “Decline updated request”.

• Exam manager - information about supervisors is removed
  When an exam manager selects to view a room booking, the information regarding the booked supervisors is removed. Both in the “timeline view” as well as the whole tab for “supervisors”.

• Expired date visible
  When a supervisor booking has expired the due date is still rendered in the supervisor booking pane instead of the status “expired”.

• Possible to edit past bookings
  It is now possible to edit a past supervisor booking in the case there needs to be changes made afterwards.

• Edit supervisor hours
  There is an extra header added to clarify that the checkboxes in the “Schedule supervisor” dialog only refers to editing the time for the selected supervisors. The checkboxes do not need to be checked in order to schedule the supervisors.

• Removed confirmation pop-up in calendars
  When moving an “empty” room or an exam from one slot to another, or from one room booking to another by using drag and drop, the confirmation pop-up is removed for a quicker action.

Bug fixes:

• Resolved a bug where the room information window indicated incorrect numbers for allocated students

• Resolved a bug where the exams of today ended up in the “past” column

• Resolved a bug in the room calendar where the slots had to be re-loaded in order for the filter to be applied
