TE Exam 1.9.0

What’s new

  • Relations in TE Exam
Finally relations between objects have been implemented in TE Exam. This will simplify the process of submitting an exam request. As an example, relations could be set up between course event module, which means only related moduled will be shown based on the selected course event.

The relations have to be configured both in TE Core and in TE Exam. In TE Exam this will be done in a new tab on the integration page. Please ask your CS representative if you need further guidance.

Improvements

  • Updated exam request page
The exam request page has been updated where the scheduling priorities have been merged into the first tab for “exam information”. The calendar for room occupation has been removed and the priorities are simply added right below the basic information.

  • External comment on the exam request page
An additional comment has been added to the exam request page which can be mapped to a field in TE Core and rendered in TE Viewer if wanted. The comment will only be available on the exam request page if it is mapped in the integration settings.

  • Updated email content to supervisors
The content in the supervisor emails has been updated in order to clarify that the supervisor needs to log in to TE Exam in order to respond to a booking request. This will be reflected in all emails.

  • New column for attending students
There is a new column available in the exam overview page where you can select to view the number of “attending students”. This number is entered in the post exam management tab for each exam.

Bug fixes

  • Resolved a bug where the reminder emails did not take an updated booking request into consideration, meaning the reminder was sent based on the previous booking.

  • Resolved a bug where scheduling priorities couldn’t always be saved for a duplicated exam request.

  • Resolved a bug where the students couldn’t be removed on the GDPR page for a certain period.
