What’s new

 

Sequence scheduling
The focus for this release has been on features that enables even better support for sequence scheduling in TE Preferences. Three new elements have been released together with drag and drop in the table section.

  • Drag and drop in table section
    In order to re-order a sequence of activities in a table sections, the rows can now simply be draged and dopped.

     

  • Week picker

    This new element allows the recipient to select a certain week for a given activity. The selectable weeks are linked to the form period.

     

  • Day picker
    This new element allows the recipient to select a certain day of the week for a given activity. The settings allows to exclude Saturday and Sunday.

     

  • Padding element
    This new element allows the recipient enter how much time (given in days, hours and minutes) there should be between two certain activities, e.g. the students needs three days between the last lecture and the exam. The settings allow to use only “padding before” an activity, or only “padding after” an activity. There are also settings for allowing day padding and/or minute padding.

     

  • Grouping of elements
    The elements have been grouped by category in the form designer in order to more easily find the right element.

Improvements


Updated terminology
There have been a few updates to the terminology in TE Preferences within this release:

  • Connected section Calendar section

  • Scoped object Primary object

  • Events Activities

 

  • Statuses updates when submission is done
    When a form is submitted and the confirmation page is shown, the statuses in the left side menu bar will be updated to confirm the form has been submitted properly.



  • Availability calendar removed
    The element “Availability calendar” has been removed. The reason behind this is that the form type (regular, availability, unavailability) is set in the settings page and a calendar section can be used to fill the same purpose.

Bug fixes

  • Resolved a bug where the creation date was cloned as well when cloning a form, should be the date of today.

  • Resolved a bug where ext.ids was shown instead of labels in the category dropdown in the selection list.

  • Resolved a bug where the recipient was sent to a new form instance when accessing a form from a public link for the second time, should be sent to “my forms” page.

  • Resolved a bug where the review link was duplicated in the case a recipient had multiple submissions where one was saved as draft.
