Preferences in Core Activity manager

The menu option for “TE Preferences” in Core has been updated to “Activity manager” (Aktivitetshanteraren).

Improvements

• Active links in static text elements
  When adding a link into a static text element, the link will be active and open up in a new tab in the browser if the users clicks on it. This can be helpful when writing instructions for how to fill out a form.

• Update to previous status when unlock a form
  When a form is “unlocked” for further edits to be made, the status of the form will go back to the previous status instead of as per default receive the status “DRAFT SAVED”.
  
  

• Alert message for link sharing when roll-over
  When a form is rolled-over, there is an extra message added to let the user know that the rolled-over submission values are not pre-populated when using link sharing.

Bug fixes

• Resolved a bug where some forms where missing acceptance status and scheduling progress options in the activity manager.

• Resolved a bug where some forms couldn’t be assigned or starred in the activity manager.

• Resolved a bug where the submission status and the status in the recipients tab where not always in sync.
