Show “Planned time with multiplier” in Overview. Customize → Layout → Check “Overview: Show With multiplier”

Fill "Target work hours"-column for multiple persons at once in Overview.  Click on “Target work hours” column header. Check “Overwrite” to overwrite all existing values.

Enter "x0" in Available column to get max zero hours. When the expected Available is zero hours, enter “x0” to force a max 0 hours.

Mail Work plan - select which persons to send email to from a list.

New setting to make column “Target work hours” and “Available” readonly. Customize → Layout → Check “Locked: Available & Target work hours

Formula configure object field for multiplication. Enter "f2" in planned give 2h multiply by the object field value. In the example below the object Course has 70 in the field “Number of students” so enter “f2” give a Planned time of 140 hours.

Admin → Customize → Fill → Formula → Select object and object field.
