Manage activities that should be jointly taught in an assisted way

Merge two activities that should be jointly taught into one activity before scheduling. Let the form submitter indicate what activities that should be jointly taught or leave that up to the scheduler.

  • Avoid double bookings when scheduling by merging two, or many, activities into one.

  • Let the system match the activities automatically in order to reduce the amount of manual work.

The process to manage jointly taught activities goes all the way from submitting a from in TE Preferences, to merging the activities in the Activity Manager and results in a scheduled reservation in TE Core. This feature is available for all customers from 2021-11-17.
