Week Pattern for more efficient data collection

Our new Week Pattern feature let you add activities across several weeks with just a few clicks, significantly improving submitting data for recurring activities.

High level, this is how the new feature works:

  • Create your activity template by combining activity type and the data element you want to collect

  • Set your sequence of different activity types within the week

  • Select all the weeks you want to run this sequence of weeks for

When will it be available?

The Week Pattern is a new feature in TE Preferences and will be available to customers on Tuesday 19th of April 2022.
