Simplified form filling with a completely new UX design

In close collaboration with selected customers, including several user interviews and multiple feature requests gathered over the years, a brand new design for TE Preferences submitter flow has been developed. The main focus areas have been to give the submitter 1) an improved overview of the process, 2) a better sense of control and 3) an increased efficiency. Form submitters will now benefit from:

• An improved overview of the submission process with clearer navigation

• Fast-finding of objects with the new improved object selection list

• Improved visibility of the table content with reduced horizontal scroll

• Configurable tooltip description(s) for each element

• Additional field information visibility for the selected primary object

• Possibility to filter on all columns and select to show/hide columns in the table

• Summaries of all created activities and the total duration

The new design will be available to all customer using TE Preferences from the 1st of December 2022.
