Schedule Recurring Activities (when using TE Preferences)
We have finally released the functionality to schedule recurring Activities from the Activity Manager, which applies to all forms using Week Patterns.


It is now possible to click the Manual Scheduling button in the Week Pattern view. This will change the Calendar to a Cluster view and select the appropriate weeks. It will then allow the scheduler to make reservations for one track at a time. All reservations will be connected to the appropriate Activity. This will greatly simplify the scheduling of recurring activity series.

 

General Improvements

  • It is now possible to toggle the visualization of Padding for a specific Calendar. Toggle the setting in the Calendar settings if you don't want the padding to be visualized in that Calendar. Note: This does not mean that padding is disabled. All padding rules will still apply, they will just not be visible.

 

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where sometimes the Calendar view would not be updated after changing reservations in a Reservation list
