TE Core 2.159

TE Core 2.159 is installed on test servers Friday, January 24th 2020.

The main point of this version is to try and track down and prevent the problem multiple users have reported with the email dialog not displaying. That is, you right-click a reservation and select “Send by email”, or click the email button in a reservation list to email the selected reservations. When this problem occurs, no dialog appears (and no email is sent).

This problem has proven very difficult to reproduce, and thus this version does two things:

• It prevents a number of theoretical ways of getting the issue

• It tries to display a clear error message - in a red message bar which requires a click to remove - if the problem does occur

Questions when testing

• Does the problem still occur?

• If it does, does the red error message appear?

Depending on test results, we will decide whether to release this version to production or to make further adjustments.
