Bug fixes

• Resolved a bug where the incorrect email was generated to a supervisor if the booking request was first approved by the exam admin, and then if the working hours where updated.

• Resolved a bug where rooms booked in TE Core sometimes appeared as available in TE exam. They where not possible to book, but they should not be rendered as available. This is now resolved.

• Resolved a bug related to the report generator where free text fileds where not included in the headers and where headers where missing for reports containing only one row (student).

• Resolved a bug where old passed exams sometimes appeared as pending in the exam overview table.

• Resolved a bug where multiple pages in TE Exam where unable to scroll to the very bottom, resulting in troubles saving settings etc.
